Ever have anyone tell you that? If you’ve ever had someone tell you that you seemed stressed, tense, or worried, how did you respond? You may have downplayed it, shrugged it off, or entered into a state of full-blown denial. You might have even gotten defensive. (Hint: if you got defensive with them, they were right.) But statistically speaking, you likely would’ve been very honest if you simply replied, “Yes, I am!”

The Statistic Brain Research Institute recently reported that 77% of people regularly experience physical symptoms caused by stress. Ranging from fatigue to illness, an overwhelming majority of us carry enough stress in our lives to the point that it affects how our body operates. In other words, you have a troubled heart.
