Over the past several years, “life hacks” has become a common phrase. A “life hack” is an idea, tool, or tip that makes common tasks of life easier to do. Cleaning, repairing, organizing; any task can be made easier or quicker if you know a few simple tricks or tips. But that’s the key: “if you know.” You and I will always keep doing things the way we always have until we learn that there is a better way. Knowledge is power because it opens our understanding to something that was previously closed to us. The more important the subject matter, the more powerful the knowledge becomes.

This Sunday at Liberty Hill we’ll continue our “Build” series by talking about the most important Buildknowledge of all: the knowledge of the way life was meant to be lived. We have a clear example of how life is supposed to be done, and more clearly knowing that example gives us power by helping us to understand that there a better way exists. Once we see the model, understand how it works, and learn how to apply that new understanding to our own life, we experience the power that comes from the greatest knowledge of all. Join us Sunday at 10:30 AM as we take the next step in “Build” and see what a little knowledge can do!

Grace Received,

Pastor Joe Payne
