A new season of Wednesday night ministry is here, and it all kicks off on Wednesday, September 5, at 6:30 PM.

C.A.M.P. (Chaos And Madness with a Purpose) is set to welcome back all 1st – 5th graders! At C.A.M.P., fun activities are connected to Bible truths while kids
compete in outrageous activities, experience the unexpected, make friends, and build relationships. If kids have a C.A.M.P. t-shirt, don’t forget to wear it just in case things get messy!

But, our CAMPers aren’t the only ones who will be having fun! Your preschoolers and kindergarteners (age 4 – K) will come together in an exciting, fun new class called ZOOM!, where kids are never too young to experience God, learn to follow Jesus closely and share him with others. We will do our best to keep up with these young ones each Wednesday as they Zoom! along on a journey of discovery exploring how to live out God’s word every day.

Our Tiny Tots (ages 2-3) will have their share of fun, too, with unique games, snacks and crafts to learn about God. Our Children’s Ministry team members work hard at keeping our kids involved, believing that kids retain more by interacting with a lesson instead of just hearing it. Jesus used everyday things to teach important truths, and with these little ones, we do too! Discovering the Bible will be an enjoyable, hands-on experience that gets these 2 & 3 year olds excited about coming to church. We will also be providing a loving and safe environment in our nursery for children under the age of 2. For more information, please contact Cheryl Parrish, our Children’s Ministry Director, for more information.

For our Middle School and High School Students, The Hub will be the place to be! A new style of midweek worship for our teens kicks off with special musical guests, Terranova, leading us in worship! Pastor Preston is ready to lead our students in a great new season of enjoying God and one another!

For adults, a new cycle of Life Groups will also begin. Pastor Phil will teach a 201 level Life Group, “The Spirit-filled Follower of Jesus.” Pastor Joe will teach a 101 level Life Group class entitled “What We Believe” that gives an overview of the foundational teachings of Christianity. Jerry Willis will also be teaching a class based on the book “Gripped by the Greatness of God,” by James MacDonald. Signs will be posted throughout the church to help you find the right room for each class.

We’re excited about the new season of ministry, and we know it’ll be a great way to “experience, follow, share!”
